Terms of Service & Agreement

By accessing this website (www.systechbd.com), submitting inquiries, or engaging Systech Engineering Ltd. for engineering consultancy, sub-station erection, automation, or solar projects, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable laws of Bangladesh.

• All technical specifications, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) issued by Systech Engineering Ltd. are customized engineering proposals.
• Formal quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.
• Project timelines, component supply schedules, and commercial contract terms take precedence upon bilateral signing.

As a licensed Class-ABC Electrical Contractor under ELB (Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh), all our substation erections, HT/LT panel manufacturing, earthing installations, and BMS setups strictly adhere to BNBC, IEEE, and local safety codes.

Consistent with our motto 'Sale is not the end of our business, It\'s start of our Responsibility', all installed systems and turnkey solutions carry standard manufacturer and workmanship warranties. Post-warranty maintenance is provided under formal AMC agreements.

All proprietary SLDs, circuit drawings, BMS architecture designs, and software automation logic developed by Systech Engineering Ltd. remain our intellectual property until full contractual transfer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
